Simon Booth -- the legendary director of more than 40 stunning Eurocreme videos -- didn't stop to rest before his 2010 launch of Hard Brit Lads, a very hot site that celebrates the creamy complexions, slender frames and club-like penises of perpetually randy Brit lads. But, while the videos unfold with crystal clarity, there are some significant design flaws in this site, especially the awkward and unintuitive download process.

Tour

The Hard Brit Lads' tour includes sample clips and images for over 80 recent updates, as well as a model index with full stats and a description for each guy. The tour pages are a bit graphically busy but the four explicit clips on each page are really good quality. This is not quite a full mirror tour but does provide an honest picture of member content.

Usability

Hard Brit Lads has the usual main sections, with content accessible through video, photo and model indexes. The videos and photos can be sorted by various criteria -- though sometimes the choices seemed to disappear from the drop-down menu. There is a search box for an open-ended site search.

However there are annoying design flaws:
- downloading is unintuitive and awkward; you have to use the Firefox browser, start the video streaming and then choose File, Save As. There's no excuse for not offering "right click and save" functionality which is basic HTML understood by all browsers.
- inside the "Video", "Photo", and "Model" indexes there are no back buttons, and paging backwards always takes you back to page one.
- gigantic and unnecessary text banners compete for your attention with very tiny (but important) navigational text

The Men and the Action

The guys of Hard Brit Lads are fit, big-cock guys of various builds with just a hint of macho toughness. They're mostly a smooth lot, almost all solidly Anglo-Saxon in heritage with a few guys of African decent also in the mix. The site's model index gives a brief description and stats for each guy, and a few of the solo videos include titillating interview segments. Most of the scenes, however, are pure action. It's mostly suck-and-fuck stuff of a fairly intense kind, and there are plenty of piggish moments -- facials and a little light sub / dom action.

Amongst many other big dicks you'll find the enormous 10-incher attached to young Steven Prior, and watch with disbelief as he slides it into the willing butt of 18-year-old Chad. And we were awestruck by Drew Brody's tree trunk.

The viewing quality of the the Hard Brit Lads videos is excellent, and though they are not quite high-definition, they are still very clear and smooth. The videos are generally single-camera shoots that will impress you with how thoroughly professional they are. There's an excellent range of camera angles, poses, and close-ups. In addition, even lighting and crisp sound are all put in the service of capturing steamy action and massive cumshots.

Video Details

HBL currently hosts almost 180 exclusive, DRM-free videos with an average length of about fifteen minutes. There's a new video and image gallery every 5-7 days.

Image and Other Content

In addition to it's hot videos, Hard Brit Lads offers about fifty image galleries stocked with high-quality 800x536 pixel photos. No slideshow or directional functions are provided, but the pictures do load quickly ... nd if you prefer to view your stills offline they can all be downloaded as zip files.

In addition to it's galleries, HBL also supplements its videos with a site blog (available in the free area as well) and a small selection of what they call high-res "Pin Up" photos.

Summing Up

HBL's' main attraction is the very high quality videos of sexy chavs and scally lads. While long-standing flaws in the design (especially the awkward downloads) must be addressed, Hard Brit Lads is a fine collection of enthusiastic young studs in rip-roaring action.
