Men At Play offers a unique and very hot idea: start with masculine guys in crisp white shirts, ties, and pinstripes. Then, very gradually, like a board room striptease, take those power suits off! MAP now has more than 140 of these genuine hunks in over 400 videos. The creative team are absolute pros, the result is an excellent looking design with interesting, story-driven, very good quality videos. Unfortunately, on the days we accessed the site we found it to be very slow in moving from one page to the next, though the streams and downloads were fine.

Men At Play's mirror tour gives prospective members an explicit preview video for every single episode on the site. These one minute, sizable Flash clips give you a close look at the handsome, confident men in their sexy suits and ties. You can also scan the model index, but all the "Galleries" links take you to the sign-up page.

Usability

MAP's cleanly designed home page sports a black and red color scheme that keeps you firmly in the masculine zone. The homepage highlights the latest video and displays large thumbnails for the most recent and popular episodes, as well as the most popular models. As expected, all the episodes are housed under "Videos"; these are conveniently divided into Hardcore and Solo videos, but you can easily choose to see All videos. Within any selection, you can readily sort by date, rating or number of views, or the title of the episode.

Each video is tagged with the model names as well as the type of action or theme. The most unique feature in the videos is the "money shot" button (a dollar sign) which skips right to the climax of a scene. The video zoom buttons, on the other hand, were hard to control.

Our biggest issue with the site was an overalll sluggishness moving between pages, though the streams and downloads worked fine. Also, the bonus feeds from Maleflixxx just went to a "internal server error" message.

The Men and the Action

The Men At Play are a very distinctive type. A good number of them have facial and body hair, they're all around six feet tall, muscular, tanned -- and hung like your best office daydream. The mix of big Brits, Germans, and steamy Latin men carries over to the attractively packaged movies that feature solos, pairs, and three-ways.

You'll find three different types of video entertainment:
Solo: The classic solo wank, including auditions, embellished by suited attire.
Hardcore: Story-driven videos with no interruptions for direction or dialogue with the model.
Backstage: These movies really do count as extras. Some excellent solo and duo action is featured, but the scenes are sometimes punctuated by the click and pop of a still photo camera.

The sex is certainly not vanilla, but its not hardcore pig sex either. Expect large uncut dicks, enthusiastic butt licking, light bondage, dildos, ties used as cock rings, and even a couple of golden showers. We are frequently reminded that we're here to see horny guys in suits with scenarios such as "The Office Surveillance Cam", A "Secret Assignment" and "Breakfast With The Boss". Some of the movies feature driving rock or electronic soundtracks; others set the mood with sultry Latin guitar. There were times when we wished they would take a bit more clothing off -- but this site is about suit sex, and the MAP editors stick to their vision.

Video Details

Except in the case of "Backstage" footage, the videos have very good viewing quality, with a variety of distance and closeup shots, and an energetic variety of poses. The cumshots are generally caught.

There are now over 400 videos on MAP ranging from 10 to 20 minutes in length. Downloads are no longer DRM-protected: you can download and keep them as long as you wish.

Men at Play videos stream in Flash and download in Windows Media and Quicktime formats.

The Flash streams play in a large (960x540) embedded window and you can choose low, medium or high resolution. Note that the native size of these videos varies: they are stretched to fit the large screen (right click and toggle through the "stretch" choices to view them at their original size.)

The more recent Windows Media downloads (about 75%) play in a large (925x525) window, mostly between 1,000 and 1,200 kbps, though the most recent 20% are around 3,000 kbps. Older ones have a standard aspect ratio, are smaller, and have bitrates between 900 and 1,000 kbps.

Mac note: The most recent Quicktime (MOV) downloads will play in a 960x540 window with a bitrate of 2,000 kbps; older ones are 640x360 or 740x540 pixels; 1200-1500 kbps; the very oldest pave a standard aspect ratio, playing in a 650x525 pixel window at about 950 kbps.

Mobile note: The majority of videos are also in MP4 format, but they wouldn't stream on our iPhone; they have to be downloaded first and synched with iTunes. Streaming did work on a iPad, though. The MP4s are 925x525 pixels, 1,000 kbps.

Image and Other Content

You'll find that almost every model has a digital photoset. At this review, there are 140 good quality photosets averaging 90 medium-sized pictures each.

On the "Movie" pages you'll find that most (but not all) movies are accompanied by video captures sets (you have to click on the small "screencaps" text link). In total there are approximately 200 vidcap sets averaging 90 good quality medium-sized pictures each.

Summing Up

Men At Play showcases gorgeous, muscular guys in very good quality DRM-free videos. Even if you're not that much into suit sex, the guys in these super-hot scenarios are amazing to watch, no matter what they're doing. Hopefully they will address the slowness of the site.
